Pirch/Fixtures Living is an innovative retail concept specializing in premium lifestyle goods for the home, from indoor-and outdoor-kitchens and laundry appliances to bath fixtures and decorative plumbing.
It is the first award-winning experiential showroom outside of California in Chicago’s iconic Oakbrook Center.
Pirch awarded IFS job to install ceramic and resilient for the showroom, bath and kitchen vignettes.
IFS Role:
Design scope: Installed ceramic and resilient flooring.
Size: Approx 30,000 sq ft. (gross) plus wall tile.
The bulk of the project consisted of ceramic work.
Supplied sundries and labor to install resilient and ceramic flooring products.
Work completed within 8 weeks.
Warehouse and inventory owner supplied material and delivered to jobsite.
